After an amazing photo shoot it was time to head out to the scenic exotic beaches of the island. Since we had plans to carry our zeal outside, we shifted gears and head out to the super favorite beach on the island.
The quad bike ride was super enjoyable.
The Red Beach.
The reach to the beach is with small hiking ascend and descent. The red volcanic stones dominate the view and hence the name say its the red beach with beautiful shoreline and blue ocean water and cool breeze. It is located only some steps away from the ancient site of Akrotiri. As you gradually get down to the beach you will be impressed by the different colorings of the cliffs.
Wohaa such an amzing view .The best place to be with your man.
The Perissa is a beautiful beach on the southeastern side of Santorini. The beach with black sand, crystalline waters and rock called Mesa Vouno that rises from the sea is the main attraction of the beach. The shoreline is so fabulous to either just stroll down the shore line or grab a place to land urself a spot away from the Rock and let the waves start a conversation with you. Places near the beach are too beautiful. Also the shops where you can find the beachwear with streets fashion on high. I myself found some top wear and also a cool blue shirt which can be seen in the pictures below as it was getting cold in the evening and I was not carrying any wraps so I had to shop. However, the entire area is very cozy .The atmosphere is vibrant and super friendly We also had a filling meal at Aqua Beach restaurant. The food and drinks were mm mmm delicious. Hot chocloate a must try ohh it was soo yumm n saved me from the chilly winds. In all i was totally spellbound by the stunning view of the beach especially when it shines in the dark. The place has the great chilled vibes .
Blue domes of the chappel covered under the clouds giving the utterly serene view.
The yummilicious Hot chocolate and the Place where I was.By now Its pretty clear I love this drink.
Our next beach was The Kamari. It is a famous beach resort of Santorini in the southeast of Fira, the island’s capital. Quite similar to the landscape of Perissa, this rocky beach is covered by black pebbles while on the left side of the beach is an enormous rock called Mesa Vouno that rises from the sea. The beach of Kamari is fully organized offering a wide range of facilities like sunbeds, umbrellas and various types of water sports like snorkeling. While we wanted to sit on the shoreline and dipping our in the waves and feel the clean water and also collected the pebbles to have a memory of the beach. The traditional houses line the village of Kamari offering a beautiful view to the sea. From Kamari a road takes you up the mountain to Ancient Thira, and it’s fun to ride on the cliff along the spectacular view of the sea. A site where you are on top of the city. It’s an adventurous way and really romantic which takes you to the wild isle of Anafi.
Beautiful sunset from the windmills in Akrotiri.
It was a perfect setting to celebrate Life with beautiful scenery everywhere.
